Complaints Procedure

We trust that you will have no cause to complain but should you have concerns about your child's progress or welfare then please:
  • In the first instance raise the matter with your child's Class Teacher who may not be able to respond immediately but will arrange to meet you to discuss the issue at the earliest convenience.
  • If, for any reason, the matter is not resolved then you should make an appointment to discuss it with the Headteacher, Mr. Grey or the Chair of Governors, Mr Ede if the matter is in regard to the Headteacher.
