Staff

Our team is dedicated to promoting early years development and Rainbow’s philosophy of learning through play. Our ratio of adults to children is 1:8 in the Rainbow Room and 1:5 in the Sunbeams Room. This ensures individual attention to the needs and development of each child. All staff regularly attend training courses as part of their continuing professional development. There are two designated personnel for safeguarding and one dedicated SENCO. In accordance with OFSTED regulations, all employees are subject to all the relevant checks. The Pre-school falls under the management of Great and Little Shelford C of E Primary School. Administration is done by the school office.
